Tone of voice, copywriting and proofreading
OVERVIEW:
These Terms & Conditions needed to be concise, professional, firm, and directly address issues faced by Sunshine Buttons in their daily business practice. I worked with my client to establish this tone of voice, streamlining the process with which they handle customer services. I added extra flourishes, such as the letterhead logo, color palette, and font choice, to capture the spirit of this Florida-based brand. In addition, I added a helpful chart to clarify RGB/CMYK color discrepancies as an example to the client.
